My order showed up packed really well, and nothing inside was damaged at all. The box had a small dent, but the actual items were completely fine, it would’ve probably survived a tiny apocalypse.

"Nice little gift"
I bought this as a small gift and, yeah, they seemed to really like it. It’s one of those simple things that just works, I guess. Shipping was fine too, no issues or anything.

I don’t know, the whole thing just felt really smooth. I found the ornaments quickly, checkout was simple, and it all just worked the way you hope it will.

Most of what I needed was in stock, which I appreciated. The only thing I couldn’t find was one ornament I really wanted, and it was sold out. I tried to get some help, but felt a little ignored, so that took away from the experience. Still decent overall, just not quite perfect.

bronners.com was mostly easy to use, I’ll give them that. The text was readable and checkout went through fine. But some of the menus were annoyingly clunky with the keyboard, and that feels like something they should’ve fixed already. It’s not a terrible site, but those little issues made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I went in expecting better prices based on what they advertise, but it was a mixed bag. Some items were fair, but others felt kind of high. They make it seem like you’re getting a great deal across the board, and that just wasn’t really the case for me.

Bronner's CHRISTmas Wonderland has a ton to choose from, and I have to say, a lot of the ornaments are really cute. Some pieces feel totally worth it, but then you see others and think, hmm, that’s a little much for what you’re getting. Shipping was also higher than I expected, which made the total feel less like a great deal. I’d still shop there again for a special ornament or two, just probably not for a big order...

"Great little stop for the whole family"
We stopped by with the kids and they had a really nice time just looking around and pointing out little things they noticed. It was easy to walk through with everyone, which made it feel relaxed instead of rushed. A simple, enjoyable family visit for us

The place was clean overall, so no major complaints there. But the bathrooms definitely could’ve used more checking. It’s kind of annoying when you have to go out of your way to find someone or deal with it yourself instead of it just being taken care of

"A Bit Frustrating to Navigate"
I had a hard time getting around the site. The layout felt kind of all over the place, and the menus weren’t where I expected them to be. Even finding basic items took longer than it should have. Personally, I wouldn’t call it a smooth shopping experience, and I’d probably think twice before browsing there again.
